Please provide your Tax ID number
( Information on how to obtain an Irish tax ID should be sought from the Office of Revenue Commissioners (www.revenue.ie). International applicants who neither have an Irish tax registration nor a permanent established place of business in the State should contact Revenue Non- Residents Unit (Collector General’s Office, Sarsfield House, Francis Street, Limerick, e-mail: [email protected]).
Only in circumstances where it is not possible for the applicant to obtain a tax ID in applicant’s name from the Office of Revenue Commissioners (for example in cases of applications made by groups of independent artists or band of musicians), a payee should be nominated in part 4 of the application form to receive the funds on behalf of the applicant. Should this be the case, the nominated person will be required to provide their bank and tax details.
